Jon Diederich has been with ATS for over a decade holding various roles such as project engineer, program director, and now Operations Manager for the ATS Critical Facilities group. Jon has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and over a decade working with controls. Jon's prior experience as a Master Electrician and controls project manager adds depth to his skillset that is needed to lead a group of over 75 team members focused on large-scale critical facility projects. His responsibilities include managing large mission-critical construction projects throughout the United States, recruitment, training, and development of personnel, financial oversight, and providing support for account executives. Jon's passion lies in collaborative work on critical facility projects and providing valued services for clients. In his own words, “Being able to work right alongside the client, general contractor, engineers, and other trade partners as one team to achieve the same goal is incredible. It really makes you feel like you are doing great things with great people because you are.” In addition to being a Master Electrician, Jon is an Alerton Certified Engineer and has an AAS in Business Administration.
