The headquarters for this Seattle based philanthropic and research center is 875, 000 ft2 and is located on a 12 acre site near the Seattle Center. It includes office space, meeting and convening areas, a visitor learning center, a large atrium, café, data center and two levels of below grade parking. The project received LEED Platinum certification. ATS installed Alerton controls and implemented energy saving sequences for the AHUs, under floor cooling, chilled water plant, water storage, etc.
