The Infectious Disease Research Institute (IDRI) project consists of a multi-floor, complex, research laboratory tenant improvement in an existing, occupied, multi-tenanted building. Laboratory spaces include Biosafety Level 3 and Animal Biosafety Level 3 (BSL-3 and ABSL-3) suites, cGMP clean rooms, vivarium, cage wash rooms, QC suites, general research laboratories and lab and office support areas.
ATS installed Alerton controls throughout the project including in all critically pressurized areas.
