Dennis McGriff has been an integral team member of ATS for over 30 years. At ATS, Dennis has held various roles, including technician, engineer, group operations manager, and currently serves as the Operations Manager for all Western and Central Washington. As Operations Manager, Dennis ensures seamless project execution and maintains high-quality standards for the ATS engineering team. He takes charge of the entire personnel lifecycle at ATS, from hiring and training to fostering productivity and facilitating career development. Dennis brings a wealth of technical and personnel expertise to his role, often serving as a mentor for the department. Outside of work, Dennis enjoys spending time with family, cars, particularly Jeeps, and enjoying the great outdoors.
