This 80, 000 sq. ft. building houses corporate offices, retail space, and a three-floor parking garage. ATS designed and provided Alerton controls on all of the HVAC work, including a standard delivery VAV system which serves the retail areas, locker room, and the lobbies. The dual rooftop AC units with interconnecting supply duct allow use of one unit, the other, or both, depending on load conditions. The elevator shaft is pressurized when in fire mode. The plumbing system includes shell and core toilet rooms, locker rooms, retail toilet rooms, waterless urinals, a rainwater leader system, and a garage waste system. Many sustainable and energy efficient practices were implemented in this project. The Alerton DDC control system is accessible via web browser.
